put the frozen gel packs inside the insulated container and seal the container up as you would on ship day.
Leave the box to sit for 24 hours then open the box and check temperatures.

When using cold packs with food please keep in mind the USDA (United States Food and Drug Administration)  recommends that food should not be left out at room temperature more than 2 hours (1 hour if the temperature is above 90 °F). Many drinks and food items just taste better when cool, but your real concern should be bacteria. Perishable food should be kept at temperatures less than 40 degrees. As the temperature rises above 40 degrees bacteria will begin to grow. The higher the temperature, the faster bacteria will grow. This is when frozen gel packs can help.
